CFCI Annual Dinner 2018
The booking link is now CLOSED. The Dinner is once again over-subscribed. Successful applicants have been notified.
Applicants are advised to read the Rules for Application here.
A seating plan will be drawn up and will be on display on the night. Every effort is made to rotate table places year on year but please be sympathetic to the efforts to do this is as it can be difficult.
The menu for this year’s Dinner is posted on the website here
. If any member of your party requires a vegetarian option or has any other special dietary requirements please let me know as soon as possible but not later than Thursday 29th March.
The ticket includes for the sparkling wine reception, a four-course dinner, wines and port. The guest of honour is James Palmer, The Worshipful the Mayor of Cambridgeshire and Peterborough Combined Authority
. A musical interlude will be provided by the King's Men
The pre-dinner reception will be held in the Chetwynd Room from 7.00 pm and dinner will be called at 7.40 pm
We have arranged a late bar again this year open until 12.45pm..
It should be safe for you to advise your party that the dinner will be finished by 11.15 pm and that taxis can be ordered from about 11.30 pm but it is difficult for us to be precise in these matters.
It will be very helpful if you would ask your party, in politeness to our speakers, to please be quiet during the speeches. The acoustics of our magnificent venue are somewhat unforgiving especially for those towards the rear of the Hall; your co-operation will be much appreciated.
Just a reminder that the dress code is Black Tie
Finally, if you have any other queries or concerns please do let me know.
