Membership of the forum is open to all. If you are interested in joining, please download and complete the form and return it to the Secretary, together with the appropriate subscription remittance. The annual subscription is £15.00 for Individual Members and £150.00 for Corporate Members. Corporate members are entitled to send up to 15 of their employees to CFCI meetings, subject to space being available and are entitled to one vote at general meetings, exercisable by their nominated representative. Only corporate members may purchase multiple tickets for the Annual Dinner. Only individual members are eligible for election to the Council or as Officers. The subscription rate for members under 21 is £1.00 and under 25 is £3.00 per annum.
