The application for tickets is now live. To book tickets please book as normal through the events page, you will not be charged for any tickets. The number of tickets you are able to book is as per your level of membership, as follows:
Individual/Enhanced Individual members will be restricted to 2 places per member with a maximum of 2 places per company where individuals are applying on behalf of the company.
Enhanced Corporate Members: The maximum number of tickets that may be applied for is 8. There is no minimum number of tickets that may be applied for.
Corporate Members: The maximum number of tickets that may be applied for is 6. There is no minimum number of tickets that may be applied for.
The allocation of tickets will be on a pro-rata basis in proportion to any over-demand but with a minimum allocation of two tickets. Where tickets are still available after this process priority will be given to Enhanced Corporate members with the longest membership record and the highest attendance record at ordinary meetings. This will generally be on the basis of one or two additional tickets.
Membership fees must be paid by 31 January 2020 and you will be notified of your ticket allocation w/c 3 February 2020.
