The provision of a master-planned campus of around 250,000 sq ft NIA of managed, dedicated and bespoke innovation space would provide a location for companies in a key location close to CBC and the emerging Cambridge South West Travel Hub (CSWTH). In addition to providing additional and new kinds of innovation space CDC will also include significant community benefits through the provision of a new Amenity Building, improved access and parking, open access to woodland and leisure space of around 12 hectares.
