Rob Sadler (Foundation Capital Venture), Chris Jones (BCR Infinity Architects), Guy Kaddish (Bidwells) and Simon Green (Bidwells) will discuss how a client vision was realised through an ambitious planning strategy, quality sustainable design that took inspiration from the environment and collaboration of all disciplines in conjunction with the local community to deliver a successful planning result in the Greenbelt.
The provision of a master-planned campus of around 250,000 sq ft NIA of managed, dedicated and bespoke innovation space would provide a location for companies in a key location close to CBC and the emerging Cambridge South West Travel Hub (CSWTH). In addition to providing additional and new kinds of innovation space CDC will also include significant community benefits through the provision of a new Amenity Building, improved access and parking, open access to woodland and leisure space of around 12 hectares.
