The pre-dinner reception will be held in the Chetwynd Room from 7.00 pm and dinner will be called at 7.30 pm.
It should be safe for you to advise your party that the dinner will be finished by 11.15 pm and that taxis can be ordered from about 11.30 pm but it is difficult for us to be precise in these matters.
It will be very helpful if you would ask your party, in politeness to our speakers, to please be quiet during the speeches. The acoustics of our magnificent venue are somewhat unforgiving especially for those towards the rear of the Hall; your co-operation will be much appreciated.
