The Waterbeach New Town extension is a significant development project. Urban&Civic is the development manager for the Waterbeach Barracks site, a 716-acre former military installation north of Cambridge. The project plans to deliver 6,500 new homes, along with schools, community facilities, and employment spaces, contributing significantly to the broader Waterbeach New Town development.
Following our stimulating annual debate on the topic of development in the Greater Cambridge area, CFCI are pleased to welcome Urban & Civic and architects BPTW to share their proposals for Waterbeach Barracks, joined by Turnstone, LDA Design and Boyer who will showcase their masterplan for Waterbeach New Town East.
