Considering ESG in Construction – Webinar Tuesday 9 May at 1pm

May 9, 2023 1:00 pm - 2:00 pm

ESG considerations continue to climb the agenda in construction and across the built environment. There’s good reason for this given the built environment accounts for 39% of global carbon emissions, the vulnerability of assets in the face of climate change, and the growing understanding of the impact of the built environment on our society, economy, and communities. The aim of this webinar is to make sense of ESG in construction, outline new and emerging market, policy and regulatory priorities, and provide examples on where to start on embedding ESG into business as usual.

This webinar will be of benefit to building industry professions, as well as employers, contractors and suppliers to the sector. And there will be plenty of opportunity for discussion.

We are delighted to have Dr Sophie Taysom, who is the Director and Founder of Keyah Consulting and works with clients across the built environment to develop their approach to ESG. She speaks on these issues on national and international platforms.

Alongside Sophie is Hannah Durden, Hannah has worked in real estate for 18 years in the private sector and for clients across the UK. Based in the UK, she advises on development management strategy: considering carbon, waste and wider ESG opportunities across every element of the property life cycle.
