The CFCI is offering its members the opportunity to visit 1-11 Portugal Street, which is being redeveloped to provide postgraduate accommodation for St John’s College.
The project includes deep fabric retrofit to the existing terrace to achieve high levels of airtightness, and new timber frame extensions to the rear.
The visit will be led by MCW architects and construction managers PML.
Full PPE is required.
Meeting point is 11 Portugal Street (corner of New Park Street).
