Cambridge is home to world-leading research, and lab work has delivered transformative discoveries. But these buildings often come with a large environmental impact, including upfront and operational carbon. Join this session for a discussion on ways essential lab work can be delivered while treading more lightly on the planet, from behaviour change to brief development, and fabric performance to MEP design.
We’ll have shared experience from 3PM and GXN, drawing on their extensive “Transforming to Zero” research project, and from Max Fordham on Passivhaus projects.
Join us for a welcome drink and a chance to meet colleagues and other members.
Following the meeting there will be a further opportunity to mingle with attendees.
