Join Ridge & Partners and Max Fordham on a tour of the emerging St John’s College Mount Pleasant Passivhaus Scheme, which is currently on site with SDC. The 6-building development is 10 months off completion and currently provides a perfect opportunity to see the various layers of construction, from CLT frame through to fitted out bedrooms.
The scheme contains a façade retention and a number of second generation Passivhaus elements which look to future proof the development into the next century.
Full PPE will be required inclusive of gloves and glasses if possible, spare are available on site but are limited.
