The CFCI invite you to tour the newly completed St John’s College Hinsley Lane College Accommodation Scheme. The Hinsley Lane scheme presents the largest Passivhaus college accommodation scheme built to date in Cambridge, comprising of 245 new Passivhaus classic ensuite bedrooms, laid out across 39 individual townhouses.
Hinsley Lane sits on the edge of the West Cambridge conservation area. The scheme was designed by Allies and Morrison and benefits from a great attention to detail both internally and externally, with established landscaping throughout.
The scheme was developed by the St John’s College endowment team with adaptability and flexibility at the forefront. The layout enables the site to be occupied by numerous college occupiers simultaneously, all benefiting from equal amenities and levels of accommodation for their students.
Access via the University Sports Ground entrance accessed off Wilberforce Road, via Adams Road.
