This event celebrates the best in the design and construction of our built environment, and the skilled people who make it happen.
The Greater Cambridge Shared Planning Service and the Cambridge Forum for the Construction Industry are hosting the Greater Cambridge Design and Construction Awards event at St Catharine’s College on Monday 13 March 2023. The event will include presentations by shortlisted entries for the building awards and announcement of the winners in all categories.
Tickets are £35 each and include a buffet and drinks. A paid bar will be available after the event.
Awards categories include:
- Best New Neighbourhood
- Best New Building (under £2m construction costs)
- Best New Building (over £2m construction costs)
- Best Conservation, Alteration, or Extension of an Existing Building (under £2m construction costs)
- Best Conservation, Alteration, or Extension of an Existing Building (over £2m construction costs)
- David Mackay Award for Engineering and Sustainability
- Craftsmanship Award
- Contractor Award
- Young Professional of the Year
- Apprentice of the Year
- Site Manager of the Year
