The Cambridge Hotel market has seen a flurry of activity in recent years and shows no sign of slowing. David Hughes of Michels and Taylor, a hotel operator and advisor to Cambridge University on their plans for re-vamping the Royal Cambridge Hotel, will speak about market conditions and the future of the hotel sector.
A presentation will be given about the new hotel at Eddington. The project team, led by developer Edyn (formerly SACO) will present the development which includes a new Hyatt Hotel that will provide 150 rooms in addition to 180 ‘Locke’ Serviced Apartment style rooms. The building also includes a restaurant, bar, café, co-working space and a gym.
