The long awaited Procurement Act which replaces the old European Union (OJEU) rules governing how the public sector goes about procuring contracts for works, services and supplies is now law. The new Act will not take effect until October 2024 which gives time for public authorities, as well as contractors and suppliers to get to grips with the new regime. We have arranged a presentation on the new law by barrister Sarah Hannaford KC of Keating Chambers, along with rising star barrister, Ben Graff. Sarah has been described as a star barrister in her field who has carved out a leading procurement practice. This webinar should be of interest to members of the CFCI and beyond involved in public procurement work.
