A virtual construction site visit of Emmanuel College New South Court Project hosted by the main constructor Gilbert Ash. The project comprises the creation of a new court including residential accommodation and social space. The existing Victorian Villa adjacent is extended as part of the scheme and new landscaping sees the insertion of a cafe between the wings of the existing 1960’s student blocks.
The webinar will start with a description of the design by Stanton Williams followed by some key points associated with the engineering design (basements and open loop heat pumps). The event will finish with a Q&A session with the speakers
