Judges citation:

“This clever, innovative speculative office campus at the top of Brooklands Avenue replaced a huge, ugly monolithic 1960s office block and is a brilliant example of what can be done to provide attractive, up-to-the-minute office accommodation next to a residential Conservation Area, with a strong drive for sustainability.  The new buildings with their layered roofs are cleverly stepped back so as not to crowd their neighbours and better complement the existing streetscape.  A new publicly accessible garden has been created and the upper floors provide stunning views across Cambridge.”
