Winner: SDC for Brooklands Workplace Campus
Judges citation:
“This beautiful new office campus was both demanding and complex to deliver, and SDC provided impeccable support at every stage. Located next to a residential Conservation Area, neighbourhood concerns required innovative solutions, and the distinctive stepped back design, with a publicly accessible garden helped win their support. SDC delivered against a demanding specification, providing an excellent outcome.”
