Tom successfully delivered the complex Brooklands development to a challenging programme, working within major constraints such as a retained period gable through which all construction traffic needed to enter the site. He proactively engaged with local stakeholders, some of whom did not support the development, operating a thoughtful “no surprises” approach throughout the construction period, and constantly listening to feedback and responding to queries.
