“We were pleased to see a former industrial site in the heart of Cambridge converted to office use rather than housing, and found the mix of retained former industrial buildings and the new steel-framed roof, mezzanine and staircase very effective. The internal finishes are elegant, providing good workspaces with plenty of natural light. It was a challenging site to work on, and we heard that the neighbours appreciated the efforts of the construction team to keep them informed and improve their local environment “
