Judges citation:
“This new, multi-winged private house is on the site of former farm barns, oriented to optimise daylight and designed to be powered entirely by electricity. It displays high design and environmental standards – including currently being certified to Passivhaus Premium, an all-electric energy system, and thermal envelope using timber framing. The interior is elegant and beautiful, with sophisticated services and facilities, using the most up to date technology. It’s a good example of what committed clients can achieve.”
