Demolition of existing single storey village hall and construction of new two storey Village Hall in the same location within Cottenham’s Recreation Ground. Extension to car park and ancillary development.

“The new Village Hall in Cottenham represents a vibrant community in action, and is bursting with activity and pride. Replacing a previously ramshackle mix of buildings it offers two large entertainment spaces and many other rooms for a wide range of community activities and for hire, along with all the services to support them. At the heart of the village, and conveniently located next to the primary school, nursery and playing fields, it’s clearly a huge asset to the community and a particularly appropriate use of s106 contributions. Congratulations Cottenham!”
